Mullan Samuelyn APAGHA, born May 22, 2004 in Gabon, is an independent screenwriter, director and producer. Based in Dakar, Senegal, he obtained his baccalauréat in 2021 before entering the Institut Sup'Imax to study audiovisual studies. In 2024, he took part in the Talents Dakar Court program, an initiative that gave him the opportunity to hone his skills in the film industry. Driven by a strong motivation and an assertive vision, in 2025 he signed his first self-produced short film, "Le Souffle Englouti".
